1.1 Alan Mumby takes your privacy very seriously. We ask that you read this Privacy policy carefully as it contains important information about what to expect when we collect personal information about you and how we will use your personal data.

2.1 name,  postal address, email address and telephone number; any information relevant to the matter upon which we may be instructed.

2.2 If you choose to submit a curriculum vitae or job application we will collect and hold the information that you provide in that application.  This information may include sensitive personal data such as your racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, medical history and details of any criminal offences. We will only hold and use the information you provide to us in an application for the sole purpose of considering your application and not for any direct marketing purposes.

2.3 Occasionally we may receive information about you from other sources which we will add to the information which we already hold about you in order to help us provide the required legal services or comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

4.1 We have put in place various security procedures and technical and organisational measures to safeguard your personal information including firewall and password protection systems. We do not utilise servers which offer dial-in access so we have very high intrusion resilience .

However, you should be aware that the use of the Internet is not entirely secure and for this reason we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any personal information which is transferred from you or to you via the Internet.
